There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing a team working together very well. As a team coach, I can assist in turning a group into a tight-knit team and enhancing a team’s performance even further.
When is your work successful?
My work is successful when, at the end of a process, I see people working intensively with each other, and they have almost forgotten about me.
What do you struggle with?
I struggle with the impatience of leaders and their teams and the lack of time and attention for genuinely good collaboration. Bringing a team to greater heights requires time and effort.
