What we offer
ROOTS supports and guides team development. We offer a variety of ways to help teams grow, perform and collaborate.

How do you become a team?
We offer coaching to guide your group through the process of team development. A team consists of individuals with a common goal, in which interdependency is crucial to achieving that goal.
Over the course of several sessions, we help the team to:
- Deepen and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
- Uncover hidden qualities within the team.
- Improve collaboration where possible.
- Start building a united and effective team.

How can you build a top-performing team?
We will guide your team through a process of self-reflection and discussion of issues such as:
- What are the team’s barriers to the next level of growth?
- How can you overcome obstacles as a team?
- How can the team deal with an ever-changing environment?

Is there friction in your team?
Sometimes teams experience internal challenges like mistrust, misunderstandings, toxic behavior, unclear roles, or hidden conflicts.
ROOTS Teamcoaching can help you make these issues visible and easy to address.
We facilitate conversations where team members determine how they want to work together, what their needs are, and how to reach a common approach.
A key principle of ROOTS is that conflict is positive: “Conflict signals that change is about to happen”. Dealing with conflict in a constructive way can help teams grow and be stronger.
